Are the project photographs finished products?

Finished weavings, coasters and felted figures show project examples. A DIY kit needs making. Check the contents on the individual page; furniture, cups and other styling props are not included.

Does the embroidery stand include a hoop?

The beech stand is supplied on its own. Your embroidery hoop, fabric, thread and other tools are separate. Check compatibility with your hoop before ordering.

Will the interchangeable parts fit my existing tools?

Do not assume compatibility between brands or systems. Use the tips, heads and fittings supplied together unless compatibility with your existing tools has been confirmed.

What are the delivery charges and estimated arrival times?

Standard shipping is $5.99 to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Allow an estimated 1–2 business days for handling and 3–6 business days in transit, or 4–8 business days in total. APO/FPO, US territories and international destinations are excluded. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

How do I request a return or report a missing part?

Request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery. Keep the item in its original condition with supplied components. Email customer care for authorization and the receiving address, then send the return within 14 days. You pay ordinary change-of-mind return postage. Our business contact address is not a return warehouse. Report a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item with your order reference.
